Your privacy matters to us. This policy explains, in plain language, what Milecal does with your information. WHAT WE COLLECT - Your Sign in with Apple identifier, used only to create and recognise your Milecal membership. - The name and email address Apple shares with us on your first sign-in. You can choose to hide your email address from Apple. - Your country or region, so milestones can be filtered by country in the Square. - What you create: display name, avatar, milestone text, milestone dates and background images. WHAT WE DO NOT COLLECT - We never receive your Apple ID password. - We do not use advertising identifiers and we do not track you across other apps or websites. - We do not sell your personal data to anyone. WHO CAN SEE YOUR CONTENT - Milestones set to "Only me" are visible only to you. - Milestones set to "Public" are visible to all Milecal members in the Square, together with your display name and avatar. - Our staff can see all records for moderation and support purposes. STORAGE - Your data travels over HTTPS and is stored on servers located outside your country. - If you delete a milestone it disappears from your calendar immediately. A record may be retained for moderation and legal purposes. - Deleting your account removes your profile and unlinks your Apple account. YOUR CHOICES - Edit or delete any milestone at any time. - Change or remove your avatar and display name under Settings. - Delete your whole account from Settings > Delete Account.
